The transitional landscape creates an aesthetics of conflict, incorporating the river flow form, industrial reuse materials and art galleries. The promenades flow through the constructed wetlands, where collect, store, clean and release the stormwater before it drains to the river. Natural vegetation was preserved along the river. The flow of promenades facing the view of river and mountains in the west, creating an iconic landscape.
